The workout is non-stop with repetitive aerobic moves and basic dance steps. Our instructors build a playlist based on new trending music and pop favorites to make your workout feel like a party! Routines will be repeated each week allowing you to really find the groove along with new routines being introduced to keep it fresh!
Increase range of motion & flexibility and strengthen & tone muscles in this low impact flowing workout. Strength & Stretch classes will focus on body weight/light free weight exercises infused with yoga inspired stretches to give you the ultimate toning and stretching combination. Your body will thank you! This class is great for all fitness levels.
Meet you at the Barre! Get ready to truly feel MPOWERED after you get your sparkle on in this feel good, low impact, high intensity workout class. Combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training, its a fan favorite of dancers and non-dancers alike! There's no dance experience necessary - just the willingness to feel (and look!) good!

What to Bring:
All equipment will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat or equipment.
