The introductory dance class is a fun and engaging way for young kids to explore the world of movement and music. Held in a bright and colorful dance studio, this lively and interactive class introduces them to the joy of dance and helps them develop important physical and cognitive skills in a supportive and nurturing environment.
In this combo dance class students are introduced to the fundamentals of ballet, tap, and jazz. The class is structured to incorporate elements of each dance style in a fun and engaging way.
No required attire or shoes. We want your tiny dancer comfortable and happy! If that's in tights, leotard and a tutu, great, or if that's in leggings and a tank, that's great too! Dancers can go barefoot for class, however we do recommend any dancer wearing tights, have ballet shoes as tights can be slippery on the floor.
Want to "tippy-toe" into the dance class experience? Try out our 6 week sessions perfect for any little one who loves to move and a parent who's curious about the experience. Visit our 6 WEEK SESSIONS page.
Bring your water bottle!
*Helpful hint: young dancers are given brief water breaks and we often find they get "upset" when they don't have a water bottle to drink from like the others do...even if they aren't actually thirsty ;)
