Routines will be repeated each week allowing you to really find the groove along with new routines being introduced to keep it fresh!

Strength & Stretch classes will focus on body weight/light free weight exercises infused with yoga inspired stretches to give you the ultimate toning and stretching combination. Your body will thank you! This class is great for all fitness levels.

Join us for this feel-good movement class! Designed for all mobilities to meet you wherever you're at while working on strength, balance and mobility. Get your heart rate up and pump up the volume on joy as you move & dance! Our instructors incorporate fun, easy to follow repetitive choreographed moves that combine cardiovascular exercise, light strength training, coordination and memory retention. No dance experience necessary.
Join us for these style specific general dance classes. Classes are designed for a beginner/intermediate level. Having had some dance experience will be helpful to you but not required.
Ya’ll ready to “M.O.V.E. I love it, yeah I love it when you…” OK, OK, but for real, get ready to “shake it for the birds, shake it for the bees…” in this feel good country dance party!. Each class incorporates fun, easy to follow repetitive choreographed moves and a new routine will be taught step by step in each class to a country favorite!
Calling all dancers! Have a dream of dancing on the court or field one day? Or were you a dancer and life just isn't the same without it? This class will have you hair flippin' happy as you shimmy and strut like you were born to do! Although intended for trained dancers, this class is just for fun so no worries if you're still building on your technical abilities or feel not as strong as you once were - we're all just there for a dance jam session!

Mondays: 6:30-7:15 - Strength & Stretch
Wednesdays: 4:15-4:45 - "Mini" Barre
*No classes 5/15 or 5/17
