Let's Dance!

Each class, unless noted, is open to all students. When determining placement, we take into consideration their age and their skill level. It is important a student is not only in the correct level that allows for growth but also one that will coincide with their age and maturity level. The Studio Director and Instructors are skilled and trained professionals and it is imperative that it is understood by the student/parent that any class is contingent upon Instructor approval.  You will be notified in the event we feel that a different style or level is appropriate.


The studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes.

Monthly Tuition

We encourage our students to take multiple classes in various styles to give them a well-rounded dance experience. As class hours go up, tuition is discounted to make this an affordable opportunity for our families. 


6 WEEK SESSIONS (TUMBLING)

TUMBLING SESSIONS

*NEW THIS YEAR* 6 Week Tumbling Sessions


In the past tumbling has been an ongoing monthly class, however, we have created instead, 6 week sessions that allow for more focus on specific skills and movement throughout the levels during the season. 


LEVEL BREAKDOWN:

Noted are the skills learned in that level’s class. These are the skills the student is working on. Student must have skills listed in previous level to register for or advance to next level. 


Level 1:  

Forward Roll, Backward Roll, Bridge, Bridge Kickover, Front Limber, Cartwheel, Handstand, Handstand Forward Roll 


Level 2:  

Round off, Back Walkover, Front Walkover, Dive Cartwheel, Front Handspring, Advanced Bridge Variations


Level 3:  

Aerial, Standing Back Handspring, Back Handspring w/ Step Out,  Connected Skills (ie. Roundoff back handspring)   


Level 4:  

Front Aerial, Connected skill variations (ie. Roundoff-back handspring-back handspring), Roundoff back tuck


Level 5: 

Standing Back Tuck, Advanced Connected skill variations (ie. Roundoff-back handspring-back tuck), Front Tuck, Pike, Layout


6 Week sessions are as followed and billed every 6 weeks at the start of the new session. Once enrolled into a class, you will automatically be enrolled into the same level for the next session unless you 1. Level up according to the instructor or 2. Ask to be removed from the upcoming session. 

Session 1: 9/16 - 10/28 (no class 10/14 for Columbus Day)

Session 2: 11/4 - 12/16 (no class 11/25 for Thanksgiving Week)

Session 3: 1/6 - 2/10 

Session 4: 2/24 - 3/30

Session 5: 4/6 - 5/18 (no class 4/20 due to April break)


Cost per 6 week session:

Level 1: $48

Level 2, 3 & 4: $60

Level 5: $48

Acro Variations (level 4/5): $20 (must be enrolled in tumbling levels 4 or 5 as well)

Introduction to Movement

Want to "tippy-toe" into the dance class experience? Try out our 6 week sessions perfect for any little one who loves to move and a parent who's curious about the experience. 


Join us Mondays 4:15 - 5:00 for ages 3-4 

or 

Satudays 10:30-11:15 for ages 2-3

Aerial Dance

Introduction to Aerial - Intended for any student interested in learning aerial dance! This class uses aerial silks to wrap, suspend, drop, swing, and spiral the body into and out of various positions. This class serves as an introduction to the style as the student becomes acquainted with working with the fabric,


Aerial Dance - Level 1 - This class uses aerial silks to wrap, suspend, drop, swing, and spiral the body into and out of various positions. This class serves as an introduction to the style as the student becomes acquainted with working with the fabric, however, level 1 is intended for Intermediate/Advanced level dancers that have significant tumbling and/or dance experience, which is reflected in the pace of the class.


First session runs October 18th - November 22nd.

"Saturdays Are For The Boys" Hip Hop & Breakdancing

Beginner hip hop and breakdancing class for *boys only* ages 6+

Class runs Saturdays 9:00-9:45 from October 19th - November 23rd

Zumba Fitness

Ditch the workout, join the party!


Our Zumba certified instructor, Dimitra, takes the traditional latin inspired dance moves and music along with some pop tunes and more current moves to bring you a fun dance party atmosphere! 


And the best part, no dance experience necessary! The workout is basically watch and follow. The moves are repeated often enough for you to catch on and they're not complicated. The routines are repeated week after week with additions every now and then to spice things up even more! 


According to the Zumba website, "Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be 'FUN AND EASY TO DO'...  Zumba is not only great for the body, but it is also great for the mind. It is a 'feel happy' workout." 


First 6  week session runs September 16th - October 28th 

(No class October 14th due to Columbus Day)

Barre Fitness

Join us for this fun fitness class led by Ashley!


Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements. 


First 6 week session runs October 18th - November 22nd, 4:45-5:30

$50 for 6 week session or $10 drop in


Aerial Fitness

Aerial Fitness uses a soft hammock to support and suspend the body while using your body weight and gravity to lengthen & strengthen and improve posture and align joints. This dynamic workout focuses on  3 dimensional movement, conditioning  and joint rotation/mobility. It fuses stretching style exercises, pilates based core moves, fun aerial challenges, strength training, and balance and posture work.


Great for those looking for something outside of the normal gym workout to stay fit or for those to use it as a great body conditioning in addition to your weight or cardio workouts.


First 6 week session runs October 18th - November 22nd, 5:30-6:15

$75 for 6 week session or $15 drop in
